Recently, at the construction site of the provincial key "Surface Treatment Demonstration Project (Relocation)" upgraded and renovated by Changkai Factory Group, the roar of machines was endless, various mechanical equipment were operating in an orderly manner, and workers were distributed at various construction sites, each doing their own job. The construction progress has officially entered the critical stage of equipment installation. The arrival of this node marks that the project has fully moved from the basic construction stage dominated by civil construction to the core stage of equipment installation and commissioning and system integration, pressing the "accelerator" for the later completion and production.

This equipment installation covers pre-treatment, blackening and coating production lines. It introduces intelligent sensing equipment to monitor process parameters in real time, builds a central control system with data intercommunication to achieve dynamic control of the entire process, and forms an efficient and collaborative surface treatment intelligent production system. The pre-treatment production line adopts a digital intelligent management system. Through the control system, it accurately coordinates the collaborative operation of multiple cranes, collects and analyzes process parameters in real time, and automatically optimizes the operation mode, achieving 24-hour unattended continuous production, effectively ensuring the stability of surface treatment quality and the accuracy of production rhythm; the coating production line adopts a continuous and accumulation type suspension conveying system to build a three-dimensional space closed conveying system, and maximizes the material flow efficiency through path planning. Its spray and tank immersion dual process sections adopt a modular shed structure to ensure the process requirements of closed connection between process sections, which can meet the large-scale production needs of high-end manufacturing industries such as parts and metal structural parts for complex surface treatment.

It is reported that the project will build seven fully automatic electroplating production lines, one automatic spraying line, one super-large spraying line and one prefabricated cabin processing production line. While supporting 30 million yuan of environmental protection facilities and wastewater and waste gas treatment systems, it will introduce internationally advanced surface treatment technology, leading information production management mode, and sophisticated testing and environmental protection equipment, integrating the production concept of "integration of industrialization and informationization" to achieve a comprehensive upgrade of the company's surface treatment production technology. As a provincial key project, the project has a total investment of 220 million yuan. It is expected to start trial production in the second half of 2025 and gradually transition to normal production.

In the next stage, Changkai Factory Group will fully implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, take the opportunity of deepening the "three grasps and three promotions" action, unswervingly implement the "four strengths" action, closely focus on the development blueprint of "strengthening the leading enterprises, supplementing the chains, gathering clusters" and "industrially strengthening the city", and with the attitude of "every second counts, and strives for excellence", concentrate superior resources, strictly adhere to the bottom line of safety, strictly control the quality, and fully promote the installation and commissioning of equipment to ensure that the project is put into production as soon as possible, and provide new momentum for the high-quality development of the regional economy.
