According to the "2021-2026 China Expressway Intelligent Industry Development Potential Analysis and Investment Strategy Planning Consulting Report" released by the China Research Institute of Industry, the current expressway mileage in my country has reached 142,600 kilometers, of which the national expressway mileage is 105,500 kilometers, which is 12,500 kilometers away from the 2030 planning target and more than 30,000 kilometers away from the long-term plan. Although according to the current national expressway construction speed in my country, my country will complete the planning target ahead of schedule, but under the influence of policies, with the further increase in industrial construction demand for road transportation and the improvement of residents' travel requirements, my country's expressway construction industry will continue to maintain a rapid development trend.

Composition of expressway electromechanical system

* Monitoring system

Highway monitoring systems are generally divided into field equipment, monitoring stations (or tunnel management stations), monitoring sub-centers and monitoring centers from the management level.

* Toll collection system

Highway toll collection systems are generally divided into toll stations, toll sub-centers and toll centers from the management level.

* Communication system

Based on the business needs of highway monitoring systems and toll collection systems, communication systems are generally divided into communication stations, communication sub-centers and communication centers.

* Power supply and distribution and lighting

The highway power supply and distribution system is an independent system that serves the previous systems to ensure the normal operation of the entire electromechanical system. It generally adopts centralized or relatively centralized power supply. The power used is derived from the power plant or the high-voltage power grid in the nearby area with a 10kV or 35kV high voltage and sent to the highway's own substation, and a step-down transformer is used to generate a 220V/380V power supply voltage, which is then sent to the relevant power equipment by the low-voltage distribution panel and transmission line.

* Tunnel power supply system

Generally includes: power supply and distribution and power monitoring system, ventilation and ventilation control system, lighting and lighting control system, fire emergency alarm system, etc.
