GCS type low voltage withdrawable switch cabinet is suitable for power systems with AC 50~60Hz and rated working voltage up to 690V; used for power generation, transmission and distribution, power distribution, power conversion and control of power consumption equipment. It is widely used in power systems, petroleum and petrochemical, industrial and mining enterprises, public utilities, municipal engineering, commercial buildings and other industries.

1. It conforms to national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, and can adapt to market development needs. After summarizing many years of production experience, our company has made improvements in component selection and cabinet structure. The cabinet frame structure is highly flexible, and standard components of various specifications can be installed in the cabinet. Since the entire system adopts a modular design, it can meet the installation requirements of various components, can be applied to different working environments, and can achieve the corresponding protection level.

Working and environmental conditions:


1. GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet is suitable for indoor installation, and the protection level of the switch cabinet under other working conditions can reach IP54.


2. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -5℃.


3. The maximum average temperature of 24 hours is +35℃.


4. When the equipment is used in an environment and temperature higher than the above, it should be operated at a reduced capacity.


5. The working conditions of measuring instruments, metering instruments and protective relays shall comply with the manufacturer's regulations.


6. Environmental conditions: clean air. During normal operation, the relative humidity of the surrounding environment shall not exceed 50% at 40°C.


7. The conditions of the installation location in the switch cabinet shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards. In places where condensation may occur, ventilation or heating measures will be used in the switch cabinet to prevent condensation.


8. Altitude: not more than 2000 meters. If the switch cabinet is installed at an altitude of more than 2000 meters, the equipment shall be operated at a reduced capacity accordingly.
