Product introduction:


GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and mines and other power users with AC 50~60Hz, rated working voltage up to 690V, and rated working current up to 6300A distribution system, as the power, lighting and distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control.


Product features:


1. The cabinet of GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of universal cabinet, the frame is partially welded with 8MF cold-bent steel, and the frame parts and special supporting parts are processed by CNC equipment to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.


2. The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle, and there are 20-mode installation holes with a high universal coefficient. It can enable the factory to achieve pre-production. That is, it shortens the production and manufacturing cycle and improves work efficiency.


3. The heat dissipation problem in the operation of the cabinet is fully considered when designing the GGD cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet from the lower slots, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.


4. According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the division size of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and new.


5. The cabinet door is connected to the cabinet frame with hinges, which does not need to be adjusted and is easy to install.


6. The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire and grounded. The mounting parts in the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.


7. The cabinet surface is electrostatically sprayed with strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte to avoid dazzling effects and create a more comfortable environment for the staff on duty.


8. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.


9. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.


Technical standards:


The design of the switch cabinet complies with standards such as IEC 61439 and GB 7251, and has passed the CQC voluntary certification.


Working and environmental conditions:


1. GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for indoor installation, and the protection level of the switch cabinet under other working conditions can be up to IP54.


2. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -5℃.


3. 24-hour maximum average temperature +35℃.


4. When the equipment is used in an environment and temperature higher than the above, it should be operated at a reduced capacity.


5. The working conditions of measuring, metering instruments and protective relays should comply with the manufacturer's regulations.


6. Environmental conditions: clean air. During normal operation, the relative humidity of the surrounding environment does not exceed 50% at 40°C.


7. The conditions of the installation location in the switch cabinet should meet the requirements of the relevant standards. In situations where condensation may occur, ventilation or heating measures will be used in the switch cabinet to prevent condensation.


8. Altitude: not more than 2000 meters. If the switch cabinet is installed at an altitude of more than 2000 meters, the equipment should be operated at a reduced capacity accordingly.
